Many drivers work on their cars at home for weeks before the races. Young drivers and their "crew chiefs" may also wish to take advantage of our car clinics to help prepare their cars for race day. Volunteers from the MMSBD will offer help and advice on every aspect of the assembly of the cars, in particular on safety enhancements required for existing cars, positioning of the brake pedal, callibrating the axle alignment, and weighing the finished car and driver.

Cars are impounded after the weights are added and the final inspection.
The driver and the crew can have no further contact with the car after it has been impounded.
Plan ahead to avoid any last minute problems with your car.
